About Nishi

Understanding timing with the UCAT is essential so I will set the student questions and work through problems with them slowly at first so we can proceed to increase the timing. Interview wise, I can offer advice on how I got all 4 offers from my interviews and run through questions giving students a model answer and marking their answers.
Advice on where to apply: Only one or two sessions needed for this where I can speak to both parents and their child about where they should consider applying. I will provide them with resources, plenty of information and create a spreadsheet for them to update. Each university criteria is different so its difficult and takes a lot of time to go through all of this.
UCAT: An hour will consist of 10 minutes discussing what the student thinks is their weak spot and the rest of the time working through questions, where the student talk through their thinking with me and I will suggest other ways to work through problems. As the student becomes more confident, we will focus on timed questions and talk about which methods are most time efficient.
Interview preparation: Depending on where the student applies, we will spend half the time on role play and problem solving questions and half the time on more skill based questions. Here, it is essential that the student knows what the interviewer is looking for. I've been on many courses and so, can offer all of that information as well as from my own experience.
