Sharmistha ma'am, without any doubt, has to be one of the most approachable tutors I have ever met. She is warm and friendly, unlike a lot of teachers who could be intimidating. Her classes were really helpful for me since I had only two weeks to prepare for my IELTS exam. Within that period, she made sure we covered all the necessary things.
