About Ona
Recent Emerson College Graduate majoring in Acting. I've been acting for 11 years with a focus in Film and Theater. I have performed in multiple venues in New England and filmed in various locations across the East Coast. I have extensive training in many different acting techniques (Shakespeare, F. M. Alexander, Kristen Linklater, Sanford Meisner, Michael Chekhov,
Anton Chekhov, Konstantin Stanislavski, Devised Physical Theater, Acting For the Camera, Stage Combat, Laban, Viewpoints, Improvisation, Dialects, Clowning). I've been tutoring my peers in a more personal environment for 3 years in person and some over Zoom. It is a privilege to be able to assist my students in finding their voice and gain confidence in whatever they want to achieve.
Before I embarked on acting lessons, I was a breaker. I've danced with crews in Boston for competitions like the "Battle For Boston", and the "Hip Hop Bloq Parties" in Connecticut. Self taught and competitive, dancing has always been a great outlet when at a creative block. I've met many mentors and homies from different dance scenes (waacking, vogueing, popping, locking) who've all had a profound impacts towards the ways I attack the world, even outside of the world of dance! I've taught students basic movements, different styles, toprocking, footwork, freezes, and power moves. Cyphers are welcome!

I offer personalized lesson plans for monologue and audition prep based on your current needs, as well as dance lessons, ensuring your unique needs are met. Experience an inclusive, supportive environment aimed at undoing past studio classroom harm. Gain comprehensive acting skills and explore the holistic world of hip-hop with a BFA Acting undergrad and experienced B-Boy. Benefit from practical applications, real-world insights, and passionate teaching that inspires and motivates.
In addition, if you are experienced in either field, bring the material you have/are working on for coaching sessions!
And of course, if you have no interest to dance, then we can focus solely on acting (& vice versa)!
