About Durga
I am Durga Mane, holding a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Yogic Sciences. I have been passionate about yoga since my childhood and later chose to make it my profession so that I could help people improve their health and well-being through yogic practices.
Through my work, I have helped many individuals manage and recover from various health concerns. I have guided hundreds of people in areas such as weight management, PCOD, pregnancy-related issues, and mental health through specially designed yoga practices.
My goal is to promote holistic healing and support people in achieving a healthier and more balanced lifestyle through yoga.
