About Sudarshan
I am Sudarshan S, a sports science graduate and working as a PT. I have a unique love for sports ranging from football, cricket, swimming and hiking. This is where my passion to coach sports has come from. I have always wanted to bring the best out of people around me not just by physically making them stronger but by also boosting their confidence mentally and helping them achieve a better lifestyle for generations to come.

I focus on building a physique not just for the aesthetics but also to improve your lifestyle. My sessions last an hour and focus usually on full body training. I also focus on nutrition in sessions. As an experienced coach for 3 years I know what works for my clients and have done numerous transformations.
