About Yolanda
I am a Personal Trainer, Performer and Stunt Double from Malaga, Spain. I began my training at the Conservatoire of Dance and Music in Malaga at the age of 6 and developed my skills as a performer through various local performing arts schools, during which also did many sports (swimming, horse riding, football, golf & tennis). My training continued in Kingston University with a Dance BA, graduating in 2017 with a First Class degree. Considering I could see how the performance and fitness industry were linked I decided in 2019 to get my Personal Trainer Level 3 Qualification to start learning more about the field.
Throughout the years I have gained credits and experiences in both fields with Gymbox as a fitness coach for over 3 years and Third Space. I have performed on films such as Misbehaviour with Keira Knightley, commercials as a fitness model and actor for Asics, and also performing theatre shows including those of the Royal Opera House and with English National Opera. As a stunt double I have had the pleasure of working for A-List companies including Netflix and Disney+, including the Sex Pistols mini series 'Pistol' & Netflix's 'The Swimmers'.
I also have a great passion for Martial Arts, with a green belt in Karate Kickboxing and fighting experience in Muay Thai and Boxing for over 5 years.

Focusing on Injury Prevention, Body Mechanics & Mobility
Using Martial Arts, Weights, Resistance Bands, Calisthenics & Dance Mobility Movement - all of which will help you become the best version of yourself!
These, of course, will be tailored to each person individually.
If you only want a programme to follow please contact me individually to discuss a plan for you.
Location will vary, however it will usually be in gyms around Central and West London. I am happy to train online however I do recommend having a face to face consultation at the start.
