Five years ago, my life looked very different. I was a housewife in India with no clear direction, no professional identity, and a constant feeling of mental and emotional exhaustion. I wasn’t “finding my purpose” or following a calling — I was simply trying to get through each day while feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of what my future could look like. There was no dramatic breakdown. Just long-term stress, self-doubt, and the quiet fear of being left behind. Instead of waiting for clarity to appear, I began working on myself in a practical, disciplined way. I studied yoga, stress regulation, chakra psychology, and mind-body practices — not as philosophy, but as tools to stabilize my energy, focus, and decision-making. What started as self-support slowly became a structured system for rebuilding mental resilience and emotional capacity. Within five years, I rebuilt my life from the ground up. Today, I work in the Australian Federal Government, while also running Soul School, where I support individuals dealing with burnout, chronic stress, and emotional overload. I teach people how to recover their inner stability, improve focus, and function well again — without therapy language or clinical labels. Alongside my private work, I share these methods publicly through my YouTube channel, which has grown to over 100,000 subscribers. My audience follows me because my work is practical, grounded, and based on lived change — not motivation or spiritual bypassing. My approach is especially relevant for people who are: • Mentally exhausted but still high-functioning • Responsible for others and running on empty • Overwhelmed, overthinking, and emotionally drained • Looking for practical ways to reset stress and regain clarity I don’t promise instant transformation.
