My Background
I have decades of experience living a holistic lifestyle, since my early 20’s, 10 years of in-depth experience in meditation, and have worked in a broad range of roles and industries as a Business Exec so I have a well rounded background for helping people better integrate and navigate their lives. My mission is relatively simple overall, in that I help you live a more aware, mindful and balanced life that is more fulfilling and successful however you choose to define success and happiness.

My Approach
I have two basic versions of guided imagery style meditations that I offer. One is ideal for relaxation after a stressful event, relaxation at the end of work day, or for unwind before going to sleep. The other version is to help you get into your optimum performance zone at the beginning of your day or prior to a specific meeting or event. Both types of meditation can be more general in nature or very specifically tailored to your unique individual needs for a particular situation.
Services Offered
I do both individual/1 on 1 and group sessions. I do this in the form of a quick and simple guided meditation session starting at $45 for 1 - 3 people lasting about 20 with time for questions before or afterwards for a total of 30 minutes. Additional people are another $15 per person (e.g. 4 people for $60). I also offer more comprehensive meditation classes that include the meditation session along with relaxation and flow state/optimum performance zone technique tips and coaching/feedback/advice on your practice before and after the meditation session. These meditation classes last 60 minutes and are $90 for 1 - 3 people. Each additional person is $30. These are online prices. In person prices may involve a surcharge/upcharge.
