About Natalie
I'm Natalie, a trauma-informed relationship and life coach working online with clients around the world. I help individuals and couples understand what drives their anger and conflict, and learn calmer, more respectful ways to communicate.
My training includes somatic trauma-informed coaching, relationship and life coaching, NLP, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques and trauma-informed positive psychology. The somatic tools are especially useful for anger, because they help you notice and settle the body's stress response before it takes over.
I'm calm, direct and non-judgmental. I won't lecture you, and I don't take sides with couples. My job is to help you understand yourself and give you tools that work in real life.

Anger is often a sign that something important to you isn't being heard. If you snap at the people you love, regret what you say, or feel like you go from calm to furious in seconds, coaching can help you take back control.
In our free first session we'll talk about what's happening and what you'd like to change. Sessions then help you to:
- understand what's underneath your anger, such as stress, hurt, fear or old patterns
- spot your early warning signs before things escalate
- use simple body-based tools to calm down in the moment
- say what you need clearly, without shouting or shutting down
- repair things after an argument
Couples are welcome to come together if the same arguments keep happening at home. Sessions are 50 minutes on video, available in UK and European hours and US mornings, and practical: you'll leave each one with something to try. Please note this is coaching, not therapy, and not suitable for anyone currently at risk of harming others.
