About Charlie
I am a Cambridge maths undergraduate, looking to help students excel at the subject. I have strong experience; founding Maths Club at school, where I tutored 4 students on a weekly basis for over a year, as well as helping younger pupils understand key concepts during classtime.
I achieved A*A*A*A in Maths, Further Maths, Economics and Physics at A-Level, and received ten grade 9 GCSEs, dropping just one mark in maths.

Throughout lessons I prioritise teaching the intuition and understanding behind topics, not just the memorisation. Additionally, I do take time to emphasise key exam technique where needed, in order to avoid dropping those precious few marks. I also have knowledge spanning every exam board, though I studied Edexcel and OCR MEI at GCSE and A-Level respectively.
Lessons with me are 30-60 mins well-spent, making valuable progress through weak areas. Generally I teach students studying GCSEs, A-Levels or preparing for TMUA or STEP; however I can also help younger pupils learn for earlier Key Stages and the 11+.
