About David
My name is David Carr and I have taught for over 35 years, 8 years in New Zealand. Besides teaching I have also written the lyrics for musicals onof which has been performed nationally.
I have always formed happy and cheerful relations with my pupils and believed in encouragement and humour as spurs to achievement.

Pioneer of CambridgeLatin Course. Have taught privately on line southStudent achieving A* at GCSE and B in Latin A level in the midst of Covid and while he was studying Double Maths and Physics at School.
Also teach pupils aged 13 and 15 on line.
Lessons of 1 hour typically though can go beyond that if needed.
