About Asaf
Hi!
My name is Assaf and I give Capoeira classes for almost 11 years and I absolutely love this beautiful art which contains acrobatic and fighting movements with music and rhythm.
For me, Capoeira is a medicine for stress and anxiety, and a great way to be in a good shape.

I give classes to anyone who desires, from 4 years old kids to 60 years old adults, all you basically need is just a free space and a web cam:)
