About Alex
I have two years experience of English tutoring - both online and in-person in the Czech Republic - tutoring over 30 students either 1-2-1 or in group classes. Outside of tutoring I am a current UK Civil Servant with over five years experience working in policy roles, and have a History BA from UEA and History MA from Bristol University.

I can provide conversational practice in business and general English with a focus on the specific needs of the student. I enjoy free conversation in my lessons as it allows students to express themselves naturally in addition to find which areas can be improved. I am available typically outside of 9-5 on weekdays, with some availability on weekends.

Perfect! Alex is a very good teacher! He was flexible and adapted to my need. I had to practise English conversation to prepare a job interview. I significantly improved my level in only a few lessons with his help. Thanks !

He is very reliable and thorough
Alex is a best teacher I ever had. He is really patient and dedicated, he knows whre to focus to make his student happy and comfortable. I wish he could stay with us for more lessons :)
Alex is a very sympathetic and patient teacher who can explain the things in a really interesting way. Even if Alex is a native ENG speaker his pronunciation is not typically British :). He is a profesional in his specialization who is every time on time to make the lesson as funny as possible!
Alex is very nice to the students, has always everything prepared for the lesson and can explain everything very clearly. He is patient and kind.
He always explains things patiently with respect. He never comes late and his classes are full of fun. He tought me lots of new phrases and help me with gramma. I highly recommendate Alex to anyone :) Katrin
