About Valentina
I discovered the world of yoga several years ago when I was looking for an escape from the Milanese chaos, after 4 years of daily practice I decided to take a path to start teaching, a path that lasted two years.

Valentina é molta attenta al dettaglio e questo ha fatto la differenza nella mia pratica perché ho capito come migliorare la mia pratica .
I definitely recommend her because she is also able to speak english and teach in a very professional way.Anyone looking to futher their knowledge and push their skill level with a zen master, Valentina is your only obvious choice. While you may see her work and think it is impossible to do or replicate, she will give you the tools you need to set reasonable goals and attain them in achievable intervals. All of this so that you can learn the benefits of living life through a more holistic approach. Hone your skill, into a lifestyle to teach the world.
I've been practicing yoga with Valentina since a while and she's been the best teacher I ever had! Very gentle, calm, she explains everything very well. Lessons with her are just a pleasure, highly recommended!
