About Abhishek
When I first began my adventure with fitness I was anything but the picture of health. I was very underweight and I realized it was because of eating fast food and drinking pop. I decided to do something about it. I immersed myself in a new lifestyle and have never regretted it.
I did, however, have multiple ups and downs. It took me years to decide to thoroughly examine my workouts and make necessary changes.
Learning about the benefits of Strength Training and Sports Nutrition entirely transformed my body. Now I am a certified nutritionist and trainer having 6 years of experience,
I now want to pass on my knowledge to interested individuals who want to educate themself about this art of sculpting the human body for maximum health and performance, so that they can help not only themself but also others who want to learn and make a change about their body.
