About Dawn
With 18 years of experience as a certified English teacher, I am ready to help you master the English language. In addition to my secondary teaching certification and a Master's degree in English Language and Culture, I also hold a qualification to teach in higher education.
My career began in secondary education and later expanded to language centers, businesses, and higher education institutions, including the University of Groningen and Windesheim University of Applied Sciences.

PLEASE NOTE: I live just across the border in Germany, near Emmen. I am able to travel up to 30 km around Twist in Germany.

Perfect! Dawn heeft mijn broertje Timo uitstekend geholpen met bijles Engels. Haar duidelijke uitleg heeft hem enorm vooruit geholpen. Ze is flexibel en zeer deskundig. We raden haar zeker aan!
- Timo is een serieuze en gedreven leerling. Tijdens onze sessies hebben we samen het VWO eindexamen Engels voorbereid en waardevolle tips en tricks besproken. Hij had altijd zijn huiswerk op tijd en goed gedaan, en zijn toewijding heeft echt zijn vruchten afgeworpen. Timo maakte enorme vooruitgangen, wat resulteerde in een indrukwekkende 8.1 op zijn laatste oefenexamen!Dawn's response :

Ik heb tijdens mijn opleiding les mogen krijgen van Dawn. Met veel geduld en passie brengt ze de vaardigheden over waar je over moet beschikken om op de juiste manier in het Engels uit de voeten te kunnen. Door haar open en toegankelijke persoonlijkheid hoef je niet bang te zijn om het opnieuw te vragen, bij Dawn kan je het zo vaak vragen als je wil.
Dawn is een topper. Een hele gezellige, goed uitleggende, duidelijke, open en vakbekwame Superprof. Zij was mijn Superprof voor een Cambridge C1 Business cursus en die heb ik dan ook gehaald. Interactieve lessen waarbij je ook je klasgenoten goed leert kennen. Dawn speelde ook in het theater en stuurde een filmpje op om ons te feliciteren toen de resultaten binnenkwamen.
