About Samantha
For the past six years I’ve been slow traveling around the world and living in many different places. Mexico, Peru, Guatemala, Spain, Thailand and more to come! However, during this time yoga has been both a personal anchor and doorway for expansion in my life. It has become an essential part of how I care for myself and stay connected to my internal world living in a time with so much information and stimulation.
Before yoga, I often felt scattered and disconnected from my own inner voice. Through movement, breath, and simply learning to be present with myself, I began to feel more grounded, clear, and at home in my being. Yoga has gifted me the ability to move through life with awareness, curiosity and trust.
I’ve taught 300+ hours of yoga in both private and group settings, creating thoughtful and welcoming practices that meet each person where they are. My intention is never to tell you what your practice should look like, but to give you the space, guidance, and tools to discover what feels right for you.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking to deepen your existing practice, I’d love to help you explore your body in a new way

My classes are a gentle invitation to slow down, come home to your body, and create a little more spaciousness within the busyness of everyday life.
Together, we’ll meet your body exactly where it is and let your practice grow from there. Through slow, intentional movement, breath, and awareness you’ll have space to listen inward and learn to honor what your body is asking for from moment to moment.
You will learn to explore your edges with curiosity and recognize the difference between challenge and pushing past your limits.
I love bringing the deeper heart of yoga into our time together through philosophy, reflections, meaningful quotes, and themes that can gently follow you beyond the mat.
My intention is to create a space for you to take a deep exhale. To come back home to your center and move through life with more calm as the foundation.
