About Sheena
I am personally a Hatha yoga practitioner and my aim in life is to calibrate myself and help others as much as possible to the state of our original nature that is bliss. I also take Pranayam and meditative sessions which form an important part of the Ashtanga practice of Yoga.
I am a highly motivated and progress-focused yoga instructor with an understanding of contemporary yoga communities and styles.
Based on personal experience, I have observed how the practice of yoga helps a person not only physically, but also at mental, emotional, and intellectual levels.

we will cover loosening of joints, spinal stretches, sun salutations along with breathing practices followed by relaxation in Shav Asana.
