About Miriam
Initially with a background in teaching, I have experience teaching a variety of ages and stages in different parts of the world. Having always had a passion for health and wellness, and a keen interest in psychology and human behaviour, I became aware of common patterns regarding stress and the nervous system in my teaching. I enjoy both cardio fitness and practising yoga, and have seen the incredible power of stretching and the breath for the body. I’ve a Bachelor’s Degree and have become a qualified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, completing my scientific-based Breathwork Coach training through Yoga Body. I have training in Nervous System Regulation and the Vagus Nerve. My goal is to empower you and help you energise yourself each and every day!

Providing tools to help regulate the nervous system, I will help with stress management, improvements with sleep, and digestive issues. My science based breathing techniques will teach you how to navigate your nervous system, rejuvenating it when feel low, and relaxing it when feeling wired.
I strive to help transform your old, unhelpful health patterns into nourishing healthy habits which will provide you with vibrancy, vitality and an improvement in overall mood. Furthermore, I will be your accountability partner on your journey, helping you along the way to newfound health.
