Helping you simplify healthy eating habits by learning some staple key tips in the kitchen! Learning how to make delicious healthy foods that are simple, quick & right for your body type!
A typical session looks like diving into your eating styles & learning how to make it the simple & healthy alternative way. I help you nail down some easy quick meals that feel good in your body & keep you fuller for longer. Incorporating more nutrient dense foods into every meal so you can improve your overall health, energy levels, cognition, sleep quality, immunity & more!
We start by getting clear on your health goals, then we learn about our body type & how to nourish our unique diet's needs. After getting clear about goals & nutrition needs we will then dive into different sessions that include a new meal, styles of cooking, meal prepping & so much more!
Working with me looks like multiple one hour sessions on each of the topics I mentioned above. Making this more than just a cooking class but a life transformative program. Knowledge that you can learn, teach your family & improve the quality of your life on so many levels. Invaluable knowledge & education that will keep you inspired to live a life that is health conscious.
