About Julietta
Hi, I’m Julie - an embodiment teacher and transformation coach, currently based in Costa Rica, offering in person and online coaching sessions worldwide.
I support women who feel overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or disconnected from themselves to regulate their emotions, gain clarity, and build consistent, aligned action.
My work integrates holistic life coaching, mind-body practices, and embodiment techniques to create both emotional depth and practical change.
After experiencing burnout and health challenges, I shifted from high-functioning but disconnected living into a more grounded and intentional way of life. This lived experience, alongside my training, shapes the way I work today.
I bring over 12 years of experience in multinational corporate environments, giving me a strong understanding of pressure, performance, and the challenges of maintaining well-being while navigating real-life demands.
My clients often describe my approach as warm, structured, and supportive - creating a safe space to gain clarity, rebuild self-trust, and move forward with confidence and direction.

I offer private coaching sessions online, designed to support you if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, disconnected from yourself, or lacking clarity and direction.
My work is based on my Embodied Truth Method - a structured mind-body approach that combines emotional and nervous system regulation with clarity and behavioural change.
We focus on moving you out of internal chaos and into stability, clear thinking, and consistent, aligned action.
The process follows five key stages: regulation, clarity, discipline, expression, and integration. Together, we work to stabilise your nervous system, understand what is truly aligned for you, and build practical structures that support lasting change.
Sessions are personalised and may include coaching, reflection, and mind-body practices to help you regulate, gain insight, and take action - not just understand what needs to change, but actually live it.
This work is for you if you want more than temporary motivation - it’s about building self-trust, consistency, and a clear direction in your life.
