About Shivani

I was a typical corporate employee slogging at work with the 'life' part missing from 'work-life' balance. 2 years ago I had a breakdown and I quit my job. In an attempt to find sanity and heal myself, I began researching alternative therapies, natural ways to heal myself. That is when I learned about Mindfulness. As my interest in Mindfulness grew, I realized it was not a luxury but a necessity. Taking care of our mind is just like or even more important than taking care of our body for the quality of our thoughts defines the quality of our lives. I finally took up a course in Mindfulness and became a certified practitioner. Since then I have taken over 100 sessions and several workshops for clients on my platform.

About the lesson

My sessions are a mix of - Understanding what you are going through and dealing with - Helping you untangle your thoughts around the situation - Break down the situation into areas of work on the personal front - Share perspective on each of the areas - Give you tools to work through each area - Work with you in each of the aspects to help you heal and grow Remember, I guide you through it, I show you the way and share tools, you have to be committed to do the deep personal work.

I received complimentary meditation sessions with Shivani as a birthday gift and have continued with her sessions to this day (it's been 3months so far) She is a patient instructor who has taught me techniques to bring my focus to the now and control running thoughts. It has helped me manage my stress in daily life and helped me be mindful through the day. Highly recommend Shivani's workshops!
