Hi I am Gurbakshish Singh Chawla . I am Certified Sports Nutritionist. Expertise in - body building, fitness, fat loss, sports nutrtion and muscle growth.
I have come a long way from being a 116 kg teenager to transforming into a 73 kg physique model and throughout my journey , i have realised that to excel in any field in life , fitness plays a major role. In the past 2 years , i have upgraded my knowledge and learned the science behind how the body works . My vision is to promote overall fitness and to cure the people suffering from thyroid, diabetes,PCOD etc. with right nutrition rather than resorting to other means such as medications .
