About Ashwini Bhat
I'm Ashwini Sangway who is living in a remote, wildlife sanctuary called Dandeli in Karnataka.For me being connected with nature and wildlife it was easy to connect with yoga.
According to me yoga is not only perfoming or practicing diffficult postures or not only for fixing the physical health. It is a ancient lifestyle practice which we all should know and live.Living in a modern world it sounds crazy to live like a yogi. But if i can think like a yogi and live like a yogi then anybody can.
I always wanted to educate the people with the help of yoga and it's ethics. So yoga is a best way to rejuvenate ourselves with our own nature.

Basically I teach yoga for all age groups. Yoga is not only physical exercise it's a lifestyle which we all need to live. I teach begginers to intermediates.My session includes Asanas, Pranayama and mediation, Yoga nidra and simple ayurvedic diet plans. A individually designed yoga sequence will helps people to do their practice according to their limits.
There will be the different yoga sequence for all age groups.So that anybody can practice yoga everyday.Even i can teach yoga philosophy to the students so that they can learn more about yogic history and different types of yoga and they'll get to know the real aim of the yoga.
