About Nidhi
Yoga has been an integral part of my life for the past seven years. What began as a personal practice has grown into a lifelong journey of learning, self-awareness, and holistic well-being. Through consistent practice of yoga and meditation, I have experienced the physical, mental, and emotional benefits that a disciplined practice can bring.
To deepen my understanding, I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, where I studied yoga philosophy, asanas, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, and teaching methodology. I believe yoga is not about achieving perfect poses but about creating balance, mindfulness, and sustainable healthy habits.
I enjoy helping others discover the transformative benefits of yoga, whether they are complete beginners or looking to deepen their existing practice. My aim is to make every class welcoming, practical, and tailored to each student's needs, so they can build confidence and enjoy their own yoga journey.

I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, flexibility, or fitness level. My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students can build strength, improve flexibility, enhance posture, and develop a deeper connection between body and mind.
Each class is tailored to the student's goals and experience. A typical session includes gentle warm-ups, asanas (postures), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation, and a short meditation to help improve both physical and mental well-being. I focus on correct alignment, mindful movement, and gradual progression so students can practice safely and confidently.
My teaching style is patient, structured, and personalized. I emphasize understanding the purpose behind each posture rather than simply following a routine, helping students build a sustainable yoga practice that fits their lifestyle.
I teach beginners, intermediate practitioners, working professionals, and anyone looking to improve their overall health, reduce stress, increase flexibility, or establish a consistent yoga practice. Whether your goal is fitness, relaxation, or holistic wellness, I will adapt each session to support your individual journey.
