Shefali Mam is the best yoga teacher with a caring, kind, and enthusiastic nature. Mam always helps and inspires us to lead a healthy and happy life. She explains things very clearly and has excellent knowledge of yoga. She is very patient while teaching asanas.

I am a doctor, a pathologist, and also a sportsperson. For the past 25 years, I struggled with severe lower back pain. Due to intense sports activities and heavy gym workouts, I also developed foot plantar issues, ankle and knee pain, body stiffness, and poor posture. Despite being a doctor, I was unaware of the correct way to breathe. However, through yoga with Shefali Ma’am, I have recovered from all these issues.
