About Anurati
Classes can vary from power, hatha, vinyasa yoga and aerobics, zumba and bodyweight training from beginner to advanced level. Meditation and Pranayam is also my forte. I have been teaching since 5+ years and am a rather young trainer with a zest to make the class fun.

The class would be designed according to the client’s needs, be it weight loss, healing or just basic fitness. The one-hour class is well prepared and balanced and is a complete rejuvenation for the body. Starting with a warm-up, dig in for some exercises, go for asanas and end with pranayama and meditation. Each class varies greatly from client to client.
