About L Chashmi Priya
I am L Chashmi Priya, a certified yoga instructor with a B.Sc in Yoga Therapy and over 300 hours of professional training from S-VYASA University. I have experience teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, and Therapeutic Yoga, and I currently continue my higher studies in Yoga Therapy.
Through my classes, I help students improve flexibility, strength, and focus while managing conditions such as obesity, back pain, stress, anxiety, migraine, insomnia, cervical issues, and menstrual imbalances. My classes combine Hatha, Vinyasa, and Therapeutic Yoga to help you build flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. Each session begins with gentle warm-ups, flows into asanas with breath awareness, and ends with relaxation or meditation.
I design every class to suit your level—beginner, intermediate, or advanced—focusing on proper alignment, mindful breathing, and inner balance. Yoga here is not just physical practice, but a journey toward peace and holistic wellbeing.
