I’m a certified yoga therapist, completed my course in yogic science and nature cure. Holding a government certificate (Bharat Sevak Samaj). Passionate about teaching young minds about the benefits of yoga and meditation. Basically, I’m an engineering graduate and I have chosen my career as a yoga instructor to have a healthy lifestyle.

My yoga class includes asanas, meditation, pranayama, kriyas, mudras and chakras activation. It also changes one’s lifestyle in a healthy way. Benefits are stress relief, improved mental and physical health, weight loss, build strength and immunity, concentration and focus. This class can also be customised and made as a therapeutic one depending upon the individual requirements.

I would like to recommend Vanitha for yoga classes as I could see a good transformation in my body and mind.
