About Virginie
Passionate about yoga and dance, because of my love for these two disciplines, every hour with me will be a moment of warmth and relaxation in reaching your goals and needs. I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher who was fortunate to have been trained in the cradle of yoga; in India! Former student of vocational training Modern Jazz (Rick Odums Institute), I am also certified instructor of Brazilian Zouk by the school DBAC Paris, formed by one of the founders of this dance; Alex de Carvalho. I propose private and collective yoga classes (Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin) as well as Brazilian Zouk (Rio Style). Looking forward to sharing with you my passion and make you evolve in these disciplines. I prepare my classes according to your needs and expectations specified. For yoga classes, I can also introduce you to meditation, mantras and some pranayama exercises. Brazilian Zouk classes also include postural exercises, connection exercises and lady style for women.

Je recommande à toutes les femmes ses cours de yoga pré et post natal les yeux fermés!
Virginie m'a accompagnée durant ma grossesse et après mon accouchement.
Étant très stressée au début de ma grossesse, ses cours m'ont permise d'accoucher sereinement et dans les meilleures conditions. J'ai également appris beaucoup de choses sur mon corps et ma grossesse, notamment lors des cours post natal.
J'aurais tant de choses à dire.. je remercie infiniment Virginie pour sa gentillesse, sa patience et sa bienveillance, sans qui ma maternité n'aurait pas été aussi épanouie.. ️Virginie a une pedagogie très positive et bienveillante qui met en confiance.
