About Charles
I have studied the oboe for 9 almost 10 years. I am at the top ensemble in my school as well as a member of the Midwest Philharmonic Orchestra. I have performed at numerous venues and I am a Negaunee Music Institute “In Our Hands” - Climate Advocacy Scholar’. I have also performed solo with the Spring Valley Municipal Band and have studied at Blue Lake Fine Arts camp.

My lessons are catered to each student. I will start our first lesson by assessing the abilities of the student and I will go from there. We will work together to develop proper fundamentals, understanding of music, knowledge of the oboe, intonation, technique, and musicality. I will work with the student to select repertoire for them to study and can also help with any music they have for band or orchestra.
