About Phillia
I am a Chemical Engineer who studied at the University of Johannesburg and now I'm looking to enroll for PGCE with North West University. I have 2.8 years of lecturing Engineering Science at a TVET college and I am also volunteering in the worldwide preaching organization of Jehovah's Witnesses. I enjoy reading the Bible and Bible-based literature and watching TV.

I believe that for students to benefit more in class they need to be engaged, hence I facilitate rather than lecture. This gives me a chance to identify areas in need of improvement and the needs of each student. I do not spoon-feed students, but rather I help them to identify the answer on their own by asking them questions.
