About Mikaela
I have a BA in Children's Music with an emphasis in Voice. I have directed children's choirs and taught private voice lessons as well. I have sung in choirs all my life, including collegiate level, and am trained classically in voice.

My goal as a teacher is to assess each student as a whole. A person's personality, temperament and energy levels and more will most assuredly play into their ability and willingness to learn. My goals as a teacher are to assess each student in my care as a holistic being. I do not simply want to assess their needs in the tutoring subject at hand, but learn how the student operates and cater to them as best I can.
