I cannot recommend Diana highly enough as a clarinet instructor. Over the past couple of months, I have had the opportunity to work with her, and she has been absolutely exceptional in every way.

Diana has an incredible ability to teach in a way that is both encouraging and effective. She is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the success of her students. No matter the challenge, she always finds a way to explain concepts clearly and make difficult techniques feel approachable and achievable.

What stands out most about Diana is her ability to balance professionalism with encouragement. She creates a learning environment that is positive, motivating, and comfortable, which has made a huge difference in my confidence and growth as a musician. She celebrates progress, provides thoughtful feedback, and pushes her students to improve while always remaining supportive.

Her musical knowledge and technical skill are obvious from the moment you begin working with her, but what truly makes her special is her passion for teaching and her dedication to her students. She pays attention to detail, tailors instruction to individual needs, and genuinely cares about helping people become better musicians.

In just a couple of months, I have seen tremendous improvement in my playing, tone, confidence, and overall understanding of the clarinet, and I credit much of that growth to Diana’s instruction and guidance.

Any student would be incredibly fortunate to study with her. Diana is not only an outstanding clarinet instructor, but also an inspiring mentor and musician.

Diana is an excellent clarinet teacher, I have made really good progress, going from pre-exams to UK grade 3 in under two years, and starting grade 4 shortly.

Lessons are done by zoom and the technology works well. Lessons are a mix of technical work, sight reading and pieces, and I can choose my own pieces. Feedback is always constructive. She provides a summary of what to work on for the next lesson and is always willing to offer advice on feedback during the week.

I would very much recommend Diana to anyone learning clarinet.
