About Diego
I studied in Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, I earned a Bachelor of Music degree with a specialization in Musical Composition, under the tutelage of composer Aliocha Solovera. I am currently about to graduate with a degree in Musical Performance, specializing in Classical Guitar, under the tutelage of José Antonio Escobar.
I dedicate myself to performing music written for solo guitar in concerts. I have also participated in guitar duos and trios, guitar ensembles, and have played with other musicians in chamber music.
I give private lessons in classical, popular, and electric guitar to students of all ages. I also work as a composer, creating works for various types of musical ensembles, with the ability to make musical arrangements according to the needs and abilities of the group I am working with.
