Before telling you what my methodology is, I would like to share with you that absolutely everything I do, I try to do it with empathy. You can count on my services, keeping in mind that you will always receive enough empathy to favor your process. First, assess your needs, what would you like to achieve in the process? What is your purpose? and depending on this, I structure how we will work. My main tool of work is mindfulness, I can explain it theoretically, dealing with where it comes from, what it consists of and I train you to implement it in the different activities that you carry out in your day to day life. With this tool we can favor, a lighter life, with less tension, more willing to enjoy life, and also accept the different difficulties involved.
