About Adam
I have lived all over the world working in finance earning some really good money however, I was never fore-filled so I took up ultra running and from there things have been great I have managed to interact with David goggings and create a solid plan to help people get in shape quick and more importantly strengthen your mind
I do things like run every 4 hours for 48 Or get people to run every hour for 24 hours.
I can really push you out of your comfort zone: please bare in mind this level of training is not for everyone.

I base my classes purely on the individual and see where we are at and then I use different methodologies and activities to push you into a brand new place. A place where you can achieve things you didn’t think possible.
It is a ongoing process however after a few weeks you will be strong enough to go alone.
I combine breath work, meditation and if online a series of diet and work out routines.
