Confidence building primary school teacher - Academic tutoring tutor with Louise

I know Louise from working with her in an international school in Bangkok. She was my year group partner and she was fantastic to work with. She always kept her students engaged and catered to their needs fully. She thought about their learning holistically as well as academically.
Louise's responsibilities were those of a class teacher and this ranged from planning, teaching and assessing students to ensure they were meeting expectations within the British Curriculum as well as using the IPC curriculum which the school had brought in. Louise was also took a lead role in IPC and this involved her checking planning with other year groups, ensuring they understood how to meet targets effectively. Louise was also involved in taking several after school clubs, and had such a big attendance in Spanish club the school then decided to introduce Spanish as a second language subject to be formally taught.

I would definitely recommend Louise as an employee and tutor. She is thoughtful and understands the needs behind every learner. She understands the fundamentals of concepts and can explain and utilise them in fun ways of teaching in order to keep her students engaged.
