About Danilo
I love sport, I love bodybuilding. This lifestyle changed my life and saved me from obesity that attracted bullies since elementary school. I entered the gym for fun, day after day it has turned into a lifestyle, until it turned it into a job.
I have a sponsor who supports me for competitions.
I started with insults and crying in the room the night, I came to win, now I want you to win, to believe in yourself, for a rematch, for any goal I will give you heart and soul so that you can feel good about yourself. There is no greater joy.

My workouts are aimed at everyone, I follow from the beginner, to the lady, from the competitive athlete to the kid who wants to learn.
I think that fitness should be a lifestyle, not lessons for their own sake. My greatest joy is to see the final result that the person obtains, the result of effort, sacrifice and hard work, but also with the mental lightness that is needed. I am available 24 hours a day, and very often it is I who "stalk" my customers, I want to know if they follow everything and if they are doing their duty, the lack of results is a great defeat for me, and I never lose.
