With over 20 years of hands-on IT experience—from corporate system management to individual technical support—I focus on real-world application, not just theory. 1.

Targeted Learning: We skip the technical jargon and focus only on the tools you need for your life. We can spend an entire session on one app (like WhatsApp or Zoom) until you feel completely confident using it independently.
