Hi there! I’m a 57-year-old grandmother who recently decided to make a big career change from being a part-time school crossing guard to working in a doctor’s office as an office admin. Her practical tips and step-by-step approach made a world of difference. I now feel prepared to tackle minor tech problems on my own, which is a big boost for my new job.
