About Tainá
From contemporary classes, the possibilities for self-knowledge, expressiveness, creativity, artistic exploration, perception and cognition are immense. Because of this, I use my learning and experiences at university (which were transformative), to build new perspectives with my students. The vast language of dance can open up different paths.

Active methodology, in a practical and theoretical way. I seek to improve my technique with each new learning experience, using the personal contexts of both the students and myself. We will build an imaginary and a corporeal poetry. Class for beginners and intermediate level aged 10 to 90.
