About Anastasia
Currently preparing for my degree in hospitality and catering, I love studying and using raw products and turn them into healthy and wholesome meals; moreover I recovered from mental anorexia 2 years ago and I went through many stages of nutrition and well-being and I could help you overcome this problem or simply answer your questions on the subject!!

I can also program healthy recipes according to your needs and explain all the benefits of good food on your body and your soul!
