About Tarsha
Hello, I’m Tarsha H., a Licensed Cosmetology Instructor with over 14 years of teaching experience in North Carolina and Pennsylvania. I’m the founder of Moods & Attitudes Cosmetic Arts, LLC, where I provide private tutoring, State Board exam preparation, and professional consulting for students and graduates in Cosmetology, Esthetics, and Natural Hair Care. Whether online, or hands-on, I take the approach of being patient, and focused with a spirit of excellence. Whether you’re currently in school or preparing for your State Board Practical or Theory exam, I’ll help you master your timing, sanitation, and technique so you can perform with confidence.
