About Fay
I am currently a project support worker with female victims and survivors of domestic abuse. i also have experience of working as a mentor with people aged 18-24 who require in-depth support to improve their social skills, self-esteem, confidence and leading them towards opportunities in education training and employment. By working with young people, parents and carers and jointly outlining our aims the task of moving young people towards positive destinations can be rewarding. I have worked in Community, Nursery and College settings to support young people and am aware of safeguarding and the benefits of working individually and with key partners. I have been delievering different health and well-being workshops for just under 8 years and I am currently undertaking a counselling course.

My teaching method is mainly discussion based, with small interactive activities. My classes are mainly based around mental health, self esteem, resilience and self-development. each topic has been used in group settings and can be adapted for individuals if needed.
