About Natalie
I'm Natalie, a trauma-informed relationship and life coach working online with clients around the world. I specialize in helping people recover from narcissistic, controlling and emotionally abusive relationships, and in helping couples break unhealthy patterns.
My training includes relationship coaching, somatic trauma-informed coaching, life coaching, holistic coaching, NLP, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques, inner child work and trauma-informed positive psychology, alongside a background in counseling.
Clients describe me as warm, calm and non-judgmental. I believe healing happens when you feel safe, so I'll never rush you or tell you what you should do. Instead, I'll help you find your own clarity and give you practical tools that make a real difference day to day.

About the lesson

If you've left, or are thinking of leaving, a controlling or emotionally abusive relationship, you may be second-guessing yourself, missing someone who hurt you, or wondering who you are now. You're not weak, and you're not alone.
In our free first session we'll talk about where you are and what you need. Coaching sessions then help you to:
- make sense of what happened and trust your own judgement again
- understand and loosen the trauma bond
- calm the anxiety and overthinking with somatic, body-based tools
- rebuild boundaries, confidence and self-worth
- plan your next steps, at your own pace
I also coach couples who keep having the same argument and want to communicate without blame, rebuild trust and feel like a team again.
A typical session: we check in on how your week has been, focus on one theme that matters most to you right now, and finish with one small, practical step to try before next time.
My approach is trauma-informed and gentle: you set the pace, and you never have to share more than you're ready to. Sessions are 50 minutes on video, available in UK and European hours and US mornings. Please note this is coaching, not therapy or a crisis service.
