About Suzun
Who am I and why am I tutoring?
I am someone who leads with heart, faith, creativity, and connection. Family, friendships, and meaningful relationships are at the center of my life, and I value honesty, kindness, respect, and emotional maturity. I have grown through life’s challenges and become stronger, wiser, and more intentional about the life I want to create.
I’m also deeply creative and encouraging by nature. I enjoy helping others build confidence, express themselves, and discover their own strengths. Whether through writing, teaching, or everyday conversations, I want people to feel supported, inspired, and capable.
I chose tutoring because I genuinely enjoy helping others grow in confidence and discover their potential. I believe words are powerful, and strong communication skills can open doors in school, careers, relationships, and everyday life.
Tutoring allows me to combine my love for creativity, encouragement, and learning while making a positive difference in someone’s life. I enjoy creating a supportive space where students feel comfortable asking questions, learning at their own pace, and realizing they are more capable than they may believe.
I especially love helping students find confidence in writing and self-expression. Watching someone go from feeling frustrated or unsure to feeling proud of their work is incredibly rewarding to me. My goal is not only to help students improve academically, but also to help them feel seen, encouraged, and empowered along the way.

I offer personalized scrapbooking lessons in a fun, encouraging, and creative environment where students can learn at their own pace while turning memories into meaningful works of art. Whether you are brand new to scrapbooking or already have experience, my lessons are designed to help you build confidence, develop creativity, and enjoy the process of storytelling through crafting.
In my lessons, students learn a variety of techniques including page design and layouts, layering, embellishing, journaling, photo placement, color coordination, theme creation, paper crafting, borders, titles, memory preservation, and creative organization. I also teach how to combine textures, stickers, stamps, ribbons, die cuts, and decorative elements to create scrapbook pages that feel personal, polished, and unique.
I believe scrapbooking is more than just crafting. It is a creative outlet that allows people to celebrate life’s moments, preserve family memories, express emotions, and create keepsakes that can be treasured for generations. My teaching style is patient, supportive, and interactive, helping students feel inspired while exploring their own artistic style and creativity.
Lessons can also include beginner guidance on supplies, tools, organization tips, seasonal projects, themed albums, travel scrapbooks, family memory books, gift ideas, and creative techniques for making pages stand out beautifully. My goal is to make every lesson enjoyable, relaxing, and inspiring while helping students create something meaningful they can truly be proud of. ️
