About Katie

My name is Katie, I’m 20 years old and I study French and Spanish at Newcastle Uni. I am currently in my 2nd year of university and in September 2022 I will be moving to Paris to teach English to French children! I want to build up my experience before hand and I feel tutoring is a brilliant way of doing so.

About the lesson

Modern languages are a subject improved through confidence. My sessions will be based on building confidence in a subject where often many don’t feel confident enough! Through 1-1 work and tasks in all aspects: reading, writing, speaking, listening and grammar, I will provide a fun way to learn languages which simultaneously improve skills! The sessions will be very relaxed! A friendly and laid back approach is key.
