We will establish obtainable goals and create a clear trajectory towards them. This also means creating a positive learning environment that remains professional.

My classes are very intentional for growth but also fun! No matter what the style is, my classes advocate for a clear mind-body connection that promotes the use of breath and the whole body physically. I hope students leave my class feeling inspired creatively from building artistry and a sense of self expression.
