My name is Sandria and I am a 25 year old sports/dance scientist and dance educator based in Austria. As a sports scientist I focus on health promotion and dance science. As a dance educator I focus on classical ballet, contemporary dance as well as jazz dance.

I have 20 years of dance experience, 6 years of stage and performance experience as well as 4 years of teaching experience and I hold a bachelor's and master's degree in movement sciences. In my opinion there is no "one-class-fits-all-solution"and I want to cherish individuality and diversity and help people to grow and flourish in their own special way. It doesn't matter if you are a professional dancer looking for a strength and conditioning coach (I am also a PCT qualified teacher), if you are looking for a choreographer to create a dance piece for you or if you are not able to take local dance classes because of any physical limitations.
